🥗 Spicy Salad with Cucumber, Crab Meat, and Papaya

Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 1 papaya
- 4 spring onions
- 300 g crab meat (cooked)
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- 4 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- salt
- 1 pinch brown sugar
- mint (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cucumber thoroughly.
- 2. Cut off the ends of the cucumber.
- 3. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise.
- 4. Slice the cucumber halves into thin rounds.
- 5. Peel the papaya.
- 6. Cut the papaya in half.
- 7. Remove the seeds from the papaya.
- 8. Slice the papaya flesh into thin pieces.
- 9. Wash the spring onions.
- 10. Trim the tough ends of the spring onions.
- 11. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
- 12. Shred the crab meat with your fingers.
- 13. Arrange the crab meat along with the prepared ingredients on the plates.
- 14. Wash the chili pepper.
- 15. Remove the stem and seeds of the chili pepper.
- 16. Finely chop the chili pepper.
- 17. Peel the garlic.
- 18. Finely chop the garlic.
- 19. Mix the chopped chili with the rice vinegar.
- 20. Add the lime juice to the mixture.
- 21. Add the oil to the mixture.
- 22. Add the chopped garlic to the mixture.
- 23. Season the sauce with salt.
- 24. Season the sauce with sugar.
- 25. Drizzle the sauce over the salad.
- 26. Garnish the salad with fresh mint.
- 27. Serve the salad.
