🥤 Spicy Carrot Juice

Ingredients
- 0.5 small lime
- 1 stalk cilantro
- 0.5 tsp mild curry powder
- 0.5 tsp hot curry powder
- 150 ml carrot juice
- 30 ml milk (1.5%; preferably UHT milk)
Instructions
- 1. Squeeze the half lime to extract the juice.
- 2. Wash the coriander thoroughly.
- 3. Shake the coriander dry to remove excess water.
- 4. Pluck the small coriander leaves from the stems.
- 5. Cut the coriander leaves into fine strips.
- 6. Take a small bowl.
- 7. Add the mild curry powder to the bowl.
- 8. Add the hot curry powder to the bowl.
- 9. Mix both curry powders well together.
- 10. Take a tall container.
- 11. Pour the carrot juice into the tall container.
- 12. Pour the lime juice into the tall container.
- 13. Take two-thirds of the prepared curry mixture.
- 14. Add this amount of curry mixture to the tall container.
- 15. Take a hand blender.
- 16. Blend the liquid briefly with the hand blender.
- 17. Take the remaining curry mixture.
- 18. Stir the remaining curry mixture with the milk.
- 19. Take a milk frother.
- 20. Whip the milk-curry mixture with the milk frother.
- 21. Whip the mixture until a fine-pored, stiff foam forms.
- 22. Take a tall glass.
- 23. Pour the carrot juice into the tall glass.
- 24. Take a spoon.
- 25. Carefully place the curry foam on top of the carrot juice using the spoon.
- 26. Sprinkle the prepared coriander strips over the curry foam.
- 27. Enjoy the drink.
