🍽️ Spicy Lime Dip

Ingredients
- 0.5 bunch lemon balm
- 1 lime
- 150 g curd cheese
- 150 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 0.5 tsp harissa
- salt
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the lemon balm under running water.
- 2. Shake the leaves dry.
- 3. Pluck the leaves off the stems.
- 4. Cut the lemon balm into fine strips.
- 5. Rinse the lime under hot water.
- 6. Dry the lime with a cloth.
- 7. Grate 2 teaspoons of zest from the lime using a fine grater.
- 8. Cut the lime in half.
- 9. Squeeze the juice out of the lime.
- 10. Put quark and yogurt into a bowl.
- 11. Stir the quark and yogurt until smooth.
- 12. Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of lime juice to the mixture.
- 13. Add the grated lime zest.
- 14. Add harissa (a spicy paste made from dried chili peppers).
- 15. Season the dip with salt.
- 16. Stir in the cut lemon balm leaves.
