  2. 2. Remove the tough stems from the kale.
  3. 3. Shake the kale dry.
  4. 4. Bring water with salt to a boil.
  5. 5. Boil the kale for 3 to 4 minutes (this is called blanching).
  6. 6. Remove the kale from the water.
  7. 7. Rinse the kale with cold water.
  8. 8. Let the kale drain well.
  9. 9. Peel the garlic.
  10. 10. Slice the garlic into very thin slices.
  11. 11. Wash the chili.
  12. 12. Remove the seeds from the chili if you prefer it less spicy.
  13. 13. Finely chop the chili.
  14. 14. Cut the sausages into 3 cm long pieces.
  15. 15. Heat oil in a pan.
  16. 16. Fry the sausages until golden brown.
  17. 17. Add the kale to the pan.
  18. 18. Add the garlic to the pan.
  19. 19. Add the chili to the pan.
  20. 20. Cook the vegetables for 7 to 10 minutes.
  21. 21. Turn the ingredients occasionally while cooking.
  22. 22. Season with salt.

  25. 25. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
