🍽️ Spicy Kale with Fried Sausages

Ingredients
- 650 g fresh kale
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 red chili pepper
- 500 g frying sausage
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- nutmeg
Instructions
- 1. Wash the kale thoroughly.
- 2. Remove the tough stems from the kale.
- 3. Shake the kale dry.
- 4. Bring water with salt to a boil.
- 5. Boil the kale for 3 to 4 minutes (this is called blanching).
- 6. Remove the kale from the water.
- 7. Rinse the kale with cold water.
- 8. Let the kale drain well.
- 9. Peel the garlic.
- 10. Slice the garlic into very thin slices.
- 11. Wash the chili.
- 12. Remove the seeds from the chili if you prefer it less spicy.
- 13. Finely chop the chili.
- 14. Cut the sausages into 3 cm long pieces.
- 15. Heat oil in a pan.
- 16. Fry the sausages until golden brown.
- 17. Add the kale to the pan.
- 18. Add the garlic to the pan.
- 19. Add the chili to the pan.
- 20. Cook the vegetables for 7 to 10 minutes.
- 21. Turn the ingredients occasionally while cooking.
- 22. Season with salt.
- 23. Season with pepper.
- 24. Season with nutmeg.
- 25. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
- 26. Serve the dish immediately.
