🍽️ Spicy Hummus

Ingredients
- 250 g chickpeas (from the can)
- 2 fresh garlic cloves
- 2 stalks parsley
- 2 jalapeños
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- cumin (ground)
Instructions
- 1. Pour the chickpeas into a sieve.
- 2. Rinse them under cold water.
- 3. Peel the garlic.
- 4. Rinse the parsley under running water.
- 5. Shake the parsley dry.
- 6. Pluck the leaves from the stems.
- 7. Wash the jalapeños.
- 8. Remove the tough stems and seeds.
- 9. Cut a few thin rings for decoration.
- 10. Cut the remaining part of the jalapeños into pieces.
- 11. Add the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, and oil to the blender.
- 12. Add the garlic, parsley, and chopped jalapeños.
- 13. Blend everything until smooth.
- 14. Add a little cold water if needed.
- 15. Mix further until the dip is creamy.
- 16. Season with salt, pepper, and cumin.
- 17. Place the jalapeño rings on top as decoration.
- 18. Serve the hummus with pita bread.
