Ingredients
- 2 Avocados
- 1 Apple
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Wasabi paste
- 100 g Sour cream
Instructions
- 1. Peel the avocados.
- 2. Cut the avocados in half.
- 3. Remove the pits.
- 4. Mash the flesh finely with a fork.
- 5. Peel the apple.
- 6. Cut the apple into quarters.
- 7. Cut out the core from the apple quarters.
- 8. Grate the apple pieces finely.
- 9. Add the lemon juice to the avocado mixture.
- 10. Add the wasabi powder to the avocado mixture.
- 11. Add the sour cream to the avocado mixture.
- 12. Mix the grated apple with the avocado mixture.
- 13. Season the dip with salt.
- 14. Season the dip with pepper.
