🥤 Spicy Pineapple Carrot Juice

Ingredients
- 300 g large carrots (2 large carrots)
- 1 piece pineapple (approx. 300 g flesh)
- 1 small red chili pepper
- 1 lime
- 2 sprigs cilantro
- ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Wash the carrots thoroughly.
- 2. Remove the ends and peel the carrots.
- 3. Cut the carrots into large chunks.
- 4. Peel the pineapple.
- 5. Roughly chop the pineapple.
- 6. Remove the stem and seeds from the chili pepper.
- 7. Wash the chili pepper.
- 8. Roughly chop the chili pepper.
- 9. Squeeze the lime.
- 10. Wash the coriander.
- 11. Shake the coriander dry.
- 12. Pluck the leaves from the coriander stems.
- 13. Chop the coriander leaves.
- 14. Place the carrot chunks, pineapple, and chili into the juicer.
- 15. Juice the ingredients.
- 16. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
- 17. Pour the juice over the ice cubes.
- 18. Stir the lime juice into the juice.
- 19. Garnish the drink with the chopped coriander leaves.
