  1. 1. Peel the ginger and chop it finely.
  2. 2. Peel the garlic and chop it finely as well.
  3. 3. Remove the seeds from the chili and chop it finely.
  4. 4. Grate the zest of the lemon to get the lemon peel.
  5. 5. Mix the chopped ginger, lemon zest, chopped garlic, and chili in a bowl with the olive oil.
  6. 6. Season the marinade with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Rinse the prawns under cold water.
  8. 8. Pat the prawns dry with a kitchen towel.
  9. 9. Place the prawns in the marinade.
  10. 10. Let the prawns marinate for at least 1 hour.
  11. 11. Heat a non-stick frying pan very hot.
  12. 12. Add the prawns along with the marinade in portions to the hot pan.
  13. 13. Fry the prawns for 1 to 2 minutes over high heat.
  14. 14. Deglaze the dish with the lemon juice.
  15. 15. Finely chop fresh coriander leaves.
  16. 16. Serve the shrimps hot, garnished with the fresh coriander.
