🍽️ Spicy Tomato Cream

Ingredients
- 1 small can peeled tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp oil
- juice of one lime
- salt (chili powder; sugar)
Instructions
- 1. Drain the tomatoes in a sieve.
- 2. Dice the tomatoes into small cubes.
- 3. Peel the onion and the garlic.
- 4. Finely chop the onion and the garlic.
- 5. Sauté the onion and garlic mixture in oil.
- 6. Add the diced tomatoes.
- 7. Let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes.
- 8. Puree the tomato cream finely with a blender.
- 9. Stir in the lime juice.
- 10. Season with salt and chili.
- 11. Add a little sugar.
- 12. Let the cream cool down.
