  3. 3. Peel the onion and the garlic.
  4. 4. Finely chop the onion and the garlic.
  5. 5. Sauté the onion and garlic mixture in oil.
  6. 6. Add the diced tomatoes.
  7. 7. Let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes.
  8. 8. Puree the tomato cream finely with a blender.
  9. 9. Stir in the lime juice.
  10. 10. Season with salt and chili.
  11. 11. Add a little sugar.
  12. 12. Let the cream cool down.
