  4. 4. Add paprika powder, curry powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  5. 5. Peel the sweet potatoes.
  6. 6. Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly.
  7. 7. Cut the sweet potatoes into 2 cm thick slices.
  8. 8. Place the sweet potato slices into a bowl.
  9. 9. Add the spiced oil to the slices and mix everything well.
  10. 10. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  11. 11. Distribute the sweet potato slices evenly on the tray.
  12. 12. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (180 °C for fan-assisted or gas mark 3).
  13. 13. Bake the sweet potatoes in the oven for 35 minutes.
  14. 14. Cut the lemon in half.
  15. 15. Squeeze the lemon juice directly over the finished sweet potatoes.
