  1. 1. Clean the chanterelles carefully. Tear them into smaller pieces if necessary.
  2. 2. Wash the cherry tomatoes thoroughly.
  3. 3. Wash the chili pepper and slice it into thin rings.
  4. 4. Wash the thyme and the parsley.
  5. 5. Shake the herbs dry.
  6. 6. Chop the thyme and the parsley roughly.
  7. 7. Wash the meat.
  8. 8. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
  9. 9. Cut the meat into bite-sized cubes.
  10. 10. Bring water to a boil and add salt.
  11. 11. Cook the pasta in the salted water al dente (firm to the bite).
  12. 12. Peel the garlic.
  13. 13. Finely chop the garlic.
  14. 14. Heat the oil in a pan.
  15. 15. Sauté the garlic in the hot oil until translucent.
  16. 16. Add the chanterelles to the pan.
  17. 17. Sauté the mushrooms until the released liquid has completely evaporated.
  18. 18. Heat the butter in a second pan.
  19. 19. Fry the chicken cubes in the hot butter on all sides.
  20. 20. Remove the fried chicken cubes from the pan and set them aside.
  21. 21. Add the cherry tomatoes to the mushrooms in the first pan.
  22. 22. Add the chili rings to the mushrooms and tomatoes.
  23. 23. Toss the ingredients briefly in the pan.
