  2. 2. Cook the spaghetti al dente, as indicated on the package.
  3. 3. Reserve a small amount of the pasta water.
  4. 4. Drain the pasta and let it drain well.
  5. 5. Rinse the shrimp under cold water.
  6. 6. Pat the shrimp dry with a kitchen towel.
  7. 7. Wash the chili peppers thoroughly.
  8. 8. Remove the stems and seeds from the chili peppers.
  9. 9. Slice the chili peppers into thin rings.
  10. 10. Peel the garlic cloves.
  11. 11. Slice the garlic into thin rounds.
  12. 12. Wash the parsley.
  13. 13. Spin the parsley dry.
  14. 14. Chop the parsley coarsely.
  15. 15. Heat oil in a large pan.
  16. 16. Add the chili rings and garlic slices to the pan.
  17. 17. Sauté the vegetables briefly.
  18. 18. Add the shrimp to the pan.
  19. 19. Season with salt and pepper.
  20. 20. Cook the shrimp for about 2 minutes.
  21. 21. Add the drained spaghetti to the pan.
  22. 22. Add some of the reserved pasta water.
  23. 23. Mix everything well together.
  24. 24. Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  25. 25. Divide the pasta onto plates.
  26. 26. Sprinkle the dishes with the chopped parsley.
  27. 27. Serve the pasta immediately.
