🍝 Spicy Pasta with Shrimp

Ingredients
- 500 g Spaghetti
- salt
- 500 g shrimp (ready for cooking)
- 2 red chili peppers
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 sprigs parsley
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- pepper
- 1 dash lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Bring water to a boil and add salt.
- 2. Cook the spaghetti al dente, as indicated on the package.
- 3. Reserve a small amount of the pasta water.
- 4. Drain the pasta and let it drain well.
- 5. Rinse the shrimp under cold water.
- 6. Pat the shrimp dry with a kitchen towel.
- 7. Wash the chili peppers thoroughly.
- 8. Remove the stems and seeds from the chili peppers.
- 9. Slice the chili peppers into thin rings.
- 10. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 11. Slice the garlic into thin rounds.
- 12. Wash the parsley.
- 13. Spin the parsley dry.
- 14. Chop the parsley coarsely.
- 15. Heat oil in a large pan.
- 16. Add the chili rings and garlic slices to the pan.
- 17. Sauté the vegetables briefly.
- 18. Add the shrimp to the pan.
- 19. Season with salt and pepper.
- 20. Cook the shrimp for about 2 minutes.
- 21. Add the drained spaghetti to the pan.
- 22. Add some of the reserved pasta water.
- 23. Mix everything well together.
- 24. Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- 25. Divide the pasta onto plates.
- 26. Sprinkle the dishes with the chopped parsley.
- 27. Serve the pasta immediately.
