🍝 Spicy Spaghetti with Garlic, Oil, and Chili

Ingredients
- 400 g Spaghetti
- salt
- 4 garlic cloves
- 4 fresh red chili peppers
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bunch parsley
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- 2. Add the spaghetti to the boiling water and cook until al dente.
- 3. Wash the parsley thoroughly.
- 4. Shake the parsley dry.
- 5. Pick the parsley leaves off the stems.
- 6. Cut the parsley leaves into thin strips.
- 7. Peel the garlic.
- 8. Slice the garlic into thin rounds.
- 9. Wash the chili peppers.
- 10. Halve the chili peppers lengthwise.
- 11. Remove the seeds from the chili peppers.
- 12. Slice the chili peppers into thin strips.
- 13. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 14. Sauté the garlic and chili peppers briefly in the pan.
- 15. Remove the spaghetti from the water, but keep it dripping wet.
- 16. Add the dripping wet spaghetti to the pan.
- 17. Add the chopped parsley to the pan.
- 18. Toss everything briefly in the pan to mix.
- 19. Season the pasta with salt.
- 20. Season the pasta with pepper.
- 21. Warm the serving plates.
- 22. Plate the pasta onto the warmed plates.
- 23. Serve the pasta immediately.
