  5. 5. Let the salted eggplants stand for about 10 minutes to draw out the water.
  6. 6. Preheat the oven to the grill function.
  7. 7. Soak the bread roll in lukewarm water.
  8. 8. Peel the garlic.
  9. 9. Finely chop the garlic.
  10. 10. Wash the sweet peppers and chili peppers.
  11. 11. Halve the sweet peppers and chili peppers.
  12. 12. Remove the seeds and white pith (core them).
  13. 13. Dice the sweet peppers and chili finely.
  14. 14. Set aside 1-2 tablespoons of the vegetable cubes for later garnishing.
  15. 15. Place the minced meat in a bowl.
  16. 16. Squeeze the soaked bread roll well.
  17. 17. Add the squeezed bread to the minced meat.
