Ingredients
- 200 g green olives
- 1 red chili
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic and press it directly into the olive oil. Season the mixture with a pinch of salt and some freshly ground pepper. Stir everything well and then pour the aromatic oil over the olives.
- 2. Wash the chili peppers thoroughly and remove the seeds. Cut the vegetables into small cubes and fold them into the olives. Cover the bowl and let the mixture marinate for at least two hours to allow the flavors to blend well.
