  3. 3. Halve the chili peppers.
  4. 4. Remove the seeds and the white pith.
  5. 5. Cut the chili into thin strips.

  7. 7. Finely chop the garlic.
  8. 8. Heat the oil in a pan.
  9. 9. Sauté the chili and garlic briefly in the hot oil.
  10. 10. Wash the broccoli.
  11. 11. Remove the tough stems and leaves.
  12. 12. Cut the broccoli into smaller pieces if necessary.
  13. 13. Add the broccoli to the chili in the pan.
  14. 14. Fry the broccoli for 1 to 2 minutes.
  15. 15. Deglaze the vegetables with the broth.
  16. 16. Season the dish with salt and pepper.
  17. 17. Simmer the vegetables for about 5 minutes until tender.
  18. 18. Wash the tomatoes.
  19. 19. Remove the tough stem ends.
  20. 20. Halve the tomatoes.
  21. 21. Add the tomatoes after 2 to 3 minutes of cooking time.
