🍝 Spicy Noodles with Pineapple

Ingredients
- 150 g egg noodles
- 1 onion
- 2 spring onions
- 2 chili peppers
- 0.5 bunch cilantro
- 1 pineapple
- 3 tbsp butter
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Cook the noodles in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain them, rinse briefly with cold water, and let them drain well.
- 2. Peel the onion and cut it into fine dice.
- 3. Wash the spring onions, trim the ends, and slice them into rings.
- 4. Wash the chili peppers, slit them lengthwise, remove the seeds, and slice them into rings.
- 5. Wash the cilantro, shake it dry, and chop the leaves roughly.
- 6. Peel the pineapple, cut it into quarters lengthwise, remove the hard core, and cut the flesh into pieces. Collect the juice that comes out.
- 7. Fry the pineapple pieces briefly in hot butter. Add the noodles, onion dice, spring onion rings, and chili rings. Fry everything for a few minutes while stirring. Then add the pineapple juice, season with salt and pepper, and stir in the cilantro.
