  1. 1. Cook the noodles in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain them, rinse briefly with cold water, and let them drain well.
  2. 2. Peel the onion and cut it into fine dice.
  3. 3. Wash the spring onions, trim the ends, and slice them into rings.
  4. 4. Wash the chili peppers, slit them lengthwise, remove the seeds, and slice them into rings.
  5. 5. Wash the cilantro, shake it dry, and chop the leaves roughly.
  6. 6. Peel the pineapple, cut it into quarters lengthwise, remove the hard core, and cut the flesh into pieces. Collect the juice that comes out.
  7. 7. Fry the pineapple pieces briefly in hot butter. Add the noodles, onion dice, spring onion rings, and chili rings. Fry everything for a few minutes while stirring. Then add the pineapple juice, season with salt and pepper, and stir in the cilantro.
