🍝 Spicy Garlic Spaghetti with Arugula

Ingredients
- 1 bunch arugula
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 red chili pepper
- 400 g spaghetti
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- black pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the arugula, remove tough stems, and dry it thoroughly. Slice the garlic finely and chop it small. Wash the chili pepper, cut it lengthwise, remove the seeds, and slice it into thin rings.
- 2. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente (firm to the bite).
- 3. Add the garlic and chili to a pot with the oil shortly before the pasta is done and heat it slowly. Make sure the garlic does not turn brown, as it will taste bitter otherwise.
- 4. Drain the pasta, mix it with the arugula and garlic oil, season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately on warm plates.
