🍽️ Spicy Ginger Shrimp with Turmeric Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 20 g Ginger (1 piece)
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 red chili pepper
- 500 g Shrimp (kitchen-ready, without head and shell)
- 0.5 Lemon (juice)
- 500 g Cauliflower (0.5 Cauliflower)
- 300 g red bell peppers (2 red bell peppers)
- 5 g Thai basil (1 handful)
- 200 g wide glass noodles
- Salt
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- Pepper
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
Instructions
- 1. Peel the ginger and the garlic.
- 2. Finely chop the ginger and the garlic.
- 3. Wash the chili pepper.
- 4. Halve the chili pepper.
- 5. Remove the seeds from the chili.
- 6. Dice the chili finely.
- 7. Wash the shrimp.
- 8. Pat the shrimp dry with kitchen paper.
- 9. Place the shrimp in a bowl.
- 10. Drizzle the shrimp with lemon juice.
- 11. Add the chopped ginger to the bowl.
- 12. Add the chopped garlic to the bowl.
- 13. Add the diced chili to the bowl.
- 14. Mix everything well.
- 15. Let the shrimp marinate for 10 minutes.
- 16. Clean the cauliflower.
- 17. Separate the cauliflower into small florets.
- 18. Wash the cauliflower florets.
- 19. Halve the bell peppers.
- 20. Remove the seeds from the bell peppers.
- 21. Wash the bell peppers.
- 22. Cut the bell peppers into cubes.
- 23. Wash the basil.
- 24. Shake the basil dry.
- 25. Roughly chop the basil leaves.
- 26. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to package instructions.
- 27. Drain the pasta.
- 28. Let the pasta drain.
- 29. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan.
- 30. Fry the cauliflower florets for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
- 31. Turn the cauliflower occasionally.
- 32. Add the pepper cubes.
- 33. Continue frying the peppers for 3 minutes.
- 34. Season with salt.
- 35. Season with pepper.
- 36. Season with turmeric.
- 37. Add the chopped basil.
- 38. Add the pasta.
- 39. Toss everything briefly.
- 40. Heat the remaining oil in another pan.
- 41. Fry the shrimp for about 4 minutes over high heat.
- 42. Season the shrimp with salt.
- 43. Place the pasta on the plates.
- 44. Place the shrimp on top of the pasta.
