🍽️ Spicy Hot Chocolate with Chili

Ingredients
- 800 ml Milk
- 1 Chili pepper
- 1 Vanilla pod
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 125 g dark chocolate
- 80 ml whipping cream
- 4 small, red chili peppers (for garnish)
- Cocoa powder (for dusting)
Instructions
- 1. Pour the milk, the longitudinally sliced chili pepper, the longitudinally sliced vanilla pod, and the sugar into a pot.
- 2. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring.
- 3. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 4. Strain the liquid through a fine mesh sieve to remove the pods.
- 5. Stir in the chopped chocolate until it has completely melted.
- 6. Whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks.
- 7. Divide the hot chocolate among several cups.
- 8. Add a dollop of whipped cream to each cup.
- 9. Garnish each drink with a small chili pepper.
- 10. Lightly dust the surface with cocoa powder and serve immediately.
