  4. 4. Strain the liquid through a fine mesh sieve to remove the pods.
  5. 5. Stir in the chopped chocolate until it has completely melted.
  6. 6. Whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks.
  7. 7. Divide the hot chocolate among several cups.
  8. 8. Add a dollop of whipped cream to each cup.
  9. 9. Garnish each drink with a small chili pepper.
