  1. 1. Soak the bread roll in lukewarm water.
  2. 2. Wash the spring onions, trim the ends, and chop them finely.
  3. 3. Peel the garlic and chop it finely as well.
  4. 4. Wash the chili peppers, remove the stems, and chop them.
  5. 5. Place the minced meat in a large bowl.
  6. 6. Squeeze the bread roll dry and add it to the minced meat along with the spring onions, garlic, chili, parsley, egg, salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
  7. 7. Knead the ingredients thoroughly.
  8. 8. Form small balls from the mixture.
  9. 9. Fry the balls in hot oil in a non-stick pan until browned all over, for 6 to 8 minutes.
  10. 10. Let the balls drain on kitchen paper.
  11. 11. Serve the meatballs.
