🍽️ Spicy Scampi with Mustard Seeds

Ingredients
- 600 g large shrimp (peeled, ready to cook)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp black mustard seeds
- 3 red chili peppers
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- lemon zest
Instructions
- 1. Drizzle the lemon juice over the shrimp.
- 2. Let the shrimp marinate for 20 minutes.
- 3. Peel the garlic.
- 4. Press the garlic through a garlic press.
- 5. Wash the chili peppers.
- 6. Remove the seeds from the chili peppers.
- 7. Cut the chili peppers into very fine strips.
- 8. Heat the butter and olive oil in a wide pan.
- 9. Add the mustard seeds, garlic, and chili strips to the pan.
- 10. Sauté the ingredients briefly.
- 11. Add the shrimp to the pan.
- 12. Fry the shrimp for about 3 minutes over medium heat.
- 13. Turn the shrimp frequently while cooking.
- 14. Plate the finished scampi.
- 15. Garnish the dish with lemon wedges.
- 16. Serve the dish immediately.
