  10. 10. Continue frying the shrimp until they turn reddish.
  11. 11. Sprinkle chili powder over the shrimp.
  12. 12. Add the cognac to the pan.

  14. 14. Add the herbs to the pan.
  15. 15. Season the mixture with salt.
