🍽️ Spicy Shrimp with Garlic

Ingredients
- 2 red chili peppers
- 4 fresh garlic cloves
- 16 large shrimp (kitchen-ready)
- 1 sprig basil
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- sea salt
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the chili peppers.
- 2. Remove the stems and seeds from the chili peppers.
- 3. Slice the chili peppers into thin rings.
- 4. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 5. Slice the garlic into very thin slices.
- 6. Rinse the shrimp under cold water.
- 7. Pat the shrimp dry with a kitchen towel.
- 8. Wash the fresh basil.
- 9. Pat the basil dry.
- 10. Pluck the basil leaves from the stems.
- 11. Finely chop the basil leaves.
- 12. Heat the oil in a large pan.
- 13. Lightly fry the garlic and chili rings in the oil.
- 14. Add the shrimp to the pan.
- 15. Cook the shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes.
- 16. Drizzle the lemon juice over the shrimp.
- 17. Fold the basil leaves into the shrimp.
- 18. Season the dish to taste with salt.
- 19. Serve the spicy shrimp immediately.
