  2. 2. Peel the onions and chop them finely as well.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions in it.
  4. 4. Mix the ground beef with the onions, ginger, curry powder, yogurt, salt, and pepper.
  5. 5. Shape the meat mixture into small balls using your hands.
  6. 6. Fry the meatballs in batches in the hot oil.
  7. 7. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes and immediately shock them with cold water.
  8. 8. Remove the skin from the tomatoes and chop the flesh finely.
  9. 9. Cut the chili peppers lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  10. 10. Finely chop the chili peppers.
  11. 11. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
  12. 12. Combine the chopped chili, garlic, and tomato flesh in a pot.
  13. 13. Let the tomato mixture simmer for 10 minutes.
  14. 14. Allow the sauce to cool down.
  15. 15. Season the cooled sauce with sugar, salt, and pepper.
