🍽️ Spicy Meatballs in Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 kg ground beef (ground twice)
- 5 g ginger
- 2 tsp curry
- 2 onions
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 tbsp yogurt
- salt (pepper)
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 450 g tomatoes
- 2 red chili peppers
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp sugar
Instructions
- 1. Peel the ginger and chop it finely.
- 2. Peel the onions and chop them finely as well.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions in it.
- 4. Mix the ground beef with the onions, ginger, curry powder, yogurt, salt, and pepper.
- 5. Shape the meat mixture into small balls using your hands.
- 6. Fry the meatballs in batches in the hot oil.
- 7. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes and immediately shock them with cold water.
- 8. Remove the skin from the tomatoes and chop the flesh finely.
- 9. Cut the chili peppers lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- 10. Finely chop the chili peppers.
- 11. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- 12. Combine the chopped chili, garlic, and tomato flesh in a pot.
- 13. Let the tomato mixture simmer for 10 minutes.
- 14. Allow the sauce to cool down.
- 15. Season the cooled sauce with sugar, salt, and pepper.
