  3. 3. Cut the onion in half and slice it into thin strips.
  4. 4. Finely chop the garlic.
  5. 5. Peel the ginger and dice it into small cubes.
  6. 6. Add half of the onion strips, the garlic, and the ginger to the hot pot.
  7. 7. Sauté the vegetables until they become translucent.
  8. 8. Stir the peas into the vegetable mixture.
  9. 9. Pour in the vegetable broth and the coconut milk.
  10. 10. Add one tablespoon of lime juice and the grated zest of one lime.
  11. 11. Season the soup with salt and pepper.
  12. 12. Let the soup simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.
  13. 13. Thoroughly wash the radishes.
  14. 14. Remove the green stems and roots from the radishes.
  15. 15. Slice the radishes into very thin strips.
  16. 16. Add the remaining onion strips to the radishes.
  17. 17. Add one tablespoon of lime juice and sesame oil.
  18. 18. Season the salad with sugar, salt, and pepper.
  19. 19. Mix all the salad ingredients well together.
  20. 20. Rinse the cilantro leaves briefly under cold water.
  21. 21. Shake the cilantro leaves dry.
  22. 22. Roughly chop the cilantro leaves.
  23. 23. Set the salad aside.
  24. 24. Puree the soup finely with a hand blender.
  25. 25. Check the consistency of the soup.
  26. 26. If the soup is too thick, add a little more broth.
  27. 27. If the soup is too thin, let it simmer a bit longer to reduce.
  28. 28. Spice up the soup with wasabi.
  29. 29. Add more lime juice if necessary.
  30. 30. Finally, taste the soup and adjust with salt and pepper.
