🍽️ Spicy Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 12 chicken wings
- 2 tbsp Zulu fire (South African spice mix)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 0.5 bunch parsley (coarsely chopped)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the chicken wings thoroughly and then pat them completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. Mix the Zulu fire sauce with some oil, honey, and a pinch of pepper to create a marinade. Coat the wings with it and let them marinate covered overnight in the refrigerator.
- 3. Lightly salt the wings and sear them briefly on all sides in a hot pan. Then transfer them to the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (conventional or fan-assisted heat) and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes. Serve the finished dish garnished with fresh parsley.
