  2. 2. Marinate the shrimp briefly in the soy sauce.
  3. 3. Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water for a few seconds to loosen the skin.
  4. 4. Shock the tomatoes in cold water and peel off the skin.
  5. 5. Quarter the tomatoes, remove the core, and dice the flesh into small cubes.
  6. 6. Remove the shrimp from the marinade and let them drain briefly.
  7. 7. Toss the shrimp in the flour and paprika powder mixture until lightly coated.
  8. 8. Heat the butter in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  9. 9. Fry the shrimp for about 4 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  10. 10. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.
  11. 11. Remove the cooked shrimp from the pan and set them aside.
  12. 12. Add the diced tomatoes, thyme, and rosemary to the remaining fat in the pan and sauté briefly.
