  6. 6. Add the olive oil to the cheese and basil mixture.
  7. 7. Season the mixture with some pepper.
  8. 8. Peel the onion.
  9. 9. Halve the onion.
  10. 10. Slice the onion into very thin slices.
  11. 11. Wash the tomatoes.
  12. 12. Cut out the stem area of the tomato in a wedge shape.
  13. 13. Slice the tomato into thin slices.
  14. 14. Wash the arugula.
  15. 15. Remove the tough stems from the arugula.
  16. 16. Shake the arugula dry.
  17. 17. Slice the remaining feta cheese.
  18. 18. Wash the apple.
  19. 19. Quarter the apple.
  20. 20. Core the apple.
  21. 21. Cut the apple into thin wedges.
  22. 22. Immediately moisten the apple wedges with a few drops of lemon juice.

  29. 29. Place the apple wedges on the arugula.
  30. 30. Place the top half of the bread on the filling.
