🍽️ Sheep Cheese Quiche

Ingredients
- 200 g flour
- 100 g butter
- 1 egg white
- 1 zucchini
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 200 g feta cheese
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Knead flour, butter, egg white and a pinch of salt into a dough, roll it out thinly and line the bottom and sides of four tartlet molds or a tart pan with it.
- 2. Cut zucchini, cherry tomatoes and sheep cheese into cubes.
- 3. Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Whisk eggs and cornstarch. Add sheep cheese, zucchini, cherry tomatoes and thyme leaves and season everything with salt and pepper. Put the mixture on the dough and bake the sheep cheese quiche for about 25 minutes in the oven. Serve warm or cold.
