Ingredients
- 1 l olive oil
- 500 g sheep's cheese
- 4 red chili peppers
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp black peppercorns
- 7 juniper berries
- 2 thyme sprigs
- 2 sprigs summer savory
- 2 rosemary sprigs
- 4 sage leaves
Instructions
- 1. Cut the cheese into bite-sized pieces. Peel the garlic cloves and cut them in half. Wash the peppers thoroughly. Wash the herbs and pat them completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. Layer all ingredients in a jar and pour oil over them until everything is completely covered. Let the jar stand covered for one week at room temperature.
