  1. 1. Cut the cheese into bite-sized pieces. Peel the garlic and halve the cloves. Wash the peppers, remove the stem and the inside including the white veins, and slice the vegetable into thin strips.
  2. 2. Wash the herbs and pat them completely dry with a kitchen towel. Layer all ingredients in a jar and pour oil over them until everything is fully covered. Let the jar stand covered for one week at room temperature.
