🍽️ Sheep's cheese with peppers and olives

Ingredients
- 1 l olive oil
- 500 g sheep's cheese
- 0.5 red bell pepper
- 10 black olives
- 2 tsp black peppercorns
- 2 thyme sprigs
- 2 rosemary sprigs
- 4 sage leaves
Instructions
- 1. Cut the cheese into bite-sized pieces. Peel the garlic and halve the cloves. Wash the peppers, remove the stem and the inside including the white veins, and slice the vegetable into thin strips.
- 2. Wash the herbs and pat them completely dry with a kitchen towel. Layer all ingredients in a jar and pour oil over them until everything is fully covered. Let the jar stand covered for one week at room temperature.
