🍽️ Oven-Baked Sheep's Cheese with Tomatoes and Olives

Ingredients
- 400 g Greek feta cheese
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 shallot
- 8 black olives (pitted)
- 4 pickled red chili peppers
- 1 pinch oregano
- salt
- pepper (from a grinder)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the sheep's cheese into four equal cubes.
- 2. Place each piece of cheese onto its own sheet of aluminum foil.
- 3. Make sure the foil is large enough to wrap the cheese later.
- 4. Drizzle some olive oil over each piece of cheese.
- 5. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
- 6. Slice the tomatoes into thin rounds.
- 7. Distribute the tomato slices evenly over the cheese pieces.
- 8. Peel the shallot.
- 9. Slice the shallot into thin rings.
- 10. Place the shallot rings on top of the tomatoes.
- 11. Halve the olives.
- 12. Place four olive halves and one pickled pepper on each piece of cheese.
- 13. Season everything with oregano, salt, and pepper.
- 14. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the top.
- 15. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- 16. Gather the edges of the aluminum foil over the cheese.
- 17. Seal the packets well so nothing can leak out.
- 18. Place the foil packets onto a baking tray.
- 19. Slide the tray into the center of the oven.
- 20. Bake the packets for about 15 minutes.
- 21. Serve the sheep's cheese directly in the foil.
