  2. 2. Place each piece of cheese onto its own sheet of aluminum foil.
  3. 3. Make sure the foil is large enough to wrap the cheese later.
  4. 4. Drizzle some olive oil over each piece of cheese.
  5. 5. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
  6. 6. Slice the tomatoes into thin rounds.
  7. 7. Distribute the tomato slices evenly over the cheese pieces.
  8. 8. Peel the shallot.
  9. 9. Slice the shallot into thin rings.
  10. 10. Place the shallot rings on top of the tomatoes.
  11. 11. Halve the olives.
  12. 12. Place four olive halves and one pickled pepper on each piece of cheese.
  13. 13. Season everything with oregano, salt, and pepper.
  14. 14. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the top.
  15. 15. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  16. 16. Gather the edges of the aluminum foil over the cheese.
  17. 17. Seal the packets well so nothing can leak out.
  18. 18. Place the foil packets onto a baking tray.
  19. 19. Slide the tray into the center of the oven.
  20. 20. Bake the packets for about 15 minutes.
  21. 21. Serve the sheep's cheese directly in the foil.
