🍽️ Fresh Sheep's Cheese Salad with Cucumber and Tomato

Ingredients
- 80 g tomatoes (1 tomato)
- 80 g cucumber (1 piece)
- 50 g feta cheese (9 % fat)
- 1 sprig mint
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the tomato and the cucumber under running water.
- 2. Dry the vegetables with a clean kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut out the hard stem area from the tomato.
- 4. Cut the tomato into small, even cubes.
- 5. Cut the cucumber into small cubes as well.
- 6. Cut the sheep's cheese into cubes that are roughly the same size as the vegetable pieces.
- 7. Wash the mint and shake it dry to remove excess water.
- 8. Carefully pluck the fresh mint leaves from the stems.
- 9. Place the tomato cubes, cucumber cubes, and cheese cubes on a plate.
- 10. Sprinkle the salad with the fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
