  2. 2. Dry the vegetables with a clean kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Cut out the hard stem area from the tomato.
  4. 4. Cut the tomato into small, even cubes.
  5. 5. Cut the cucumber into small cubes as well.
  6. 6. Cut the sheep's cheese into cubes that are roughly the same size as the vegetable pieces.
  7. 7. Wash the mint and shake it dry to remove excess water.
  8. 8. Carefully pluck the fresh mint leaves from the stems.
  9. 9. Place the tomato cubes, cucumber cubes, and cheese cubes on a plate.
  10. 10. Sprinkle the salad with the fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
