🍽️ Creamy Sheep's Cheese Dip with Walnuts

Ingredients
- 3 tsp green peppercorns (jar; drained)
- 2 spring onions
- 2 tbsp walnut kernels
- 100 g feta cheese (9 % fat absolute)
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 6 tbsp milk (1.5 % fat)

- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Lightly crush the peppercorns using the flat side of a knife.
- 2. Roughly chop the crushed peppercorns.
- 3. Place the chopped peppercorns into a small bowl.
- 4. Thoroughly wash the spring onions.
- 5. Dry the spring onions well.
- 6. Slice the spring onions into very fine rings.
- 7. Chop the walnuts to a medium-fine consistency.
- 8. Set aside about two-thirds of the onion rings.
- 9. Add the remaining onion rings and the walnuts to the bowl with the pepper.
- 10. Crumble the sheep's cheese finely using your fingers.
- 11. Add the crumbled sheep's cheese to the bowl.
- 12. Add the quark (fresh cheese) to the sheep's cheese mixture.
- 13. Pour the milk into the bowl.
- 14. Stir the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- 15. Season the dip to taste with salt.
- 16. Season the dip to taste with black pepper.
- 17. Sprinkle the finished dip with the reserved onion rings.
- 18. Serve the dip immediately.
