  2. 2. Roughly chop the crushed peppercorns.
  3. 3. Place the chopped peppercorns into a small bowl.
  4. 4. Thoroughly wash the spring onions.
  5. 5. Dry the spring onions well.
  6. 6. Slice the spring onions into very fine rings.
  7. 7. Chop the walnuts to a medium-fine consistency.
  8. 8. Set aside about two-thirds of the onion rings.
  9. 9. Add the remaining onion rings and the walnuts to the bowl with the pepper.
  10. 10. Crumble the sheep's cheese finely using your fingers.
  11. 11. Add the crumbled sheep's cheese to the bowl.
  12. 12. Add the quark (fresh cheese) to the sheep's cheese mixture.
  13. 13. Pour the milk into the bowl.
  14. 14. Stir the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
