🍳 Fresh Mint Yogurt on Sheep's Cheese Bagel

Ingredients
- 0.5 bunch mint
- 100 g firm yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 100 g creamy sheep cheese (55% in dry matter)
- 2 bagels
- 1 tbsp black cumin
Instructions
- 1. Wash the mint thoroughly.
- 2. Shake the mint dry.
- 3. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
- 4. Cut the mint leaves into fine strips.
- 5. Take one teaspoon of the chopped mint.
- 6. Place this one teaspoon of mint on a small plate.
- 7. Take the rest of the mint.
- 8. Put the remaining mint into a small bowl.
- 9. Add the yogurt to the same small bowl.
- 10. Take another small bowl.
- 11. Put the sheep's cheese into this second bowl.
- 12. Take a fork.
- 13. Mash the sheep's cheese finely with the fork.
- 14. Add the mashed sheep's cheese to the yogurt-mint mixture.
- 15. Stir the mixture until smooth.
- 16. Take the bagels.
- 17. Halve the bagels.
- 18. Take the sheep's cheese-yogurt cream.
- 19. Spread the cream onto the bagel halves.
- 20. Take black cumin.
- 21. Sprinkle the black cumin over the creamed bagels.
- 22. Take the mint from the small plate.
- 23. Garnish the bagels with the reserved mint.
- 24. Fold the bagels together.
- 25. Serve the finished bagels.
