🍽️ Fresh Herb Dip with Sour Cream

Ingredients
- 1 box of dill (and parsley)
- 4 lemon balm
- chives
- 150 g sour cream
- 50 g salad mayonnaise
- salt, pepper from the mill
- 1 pinch sugar
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the herbs under cold water.
- 2. Set aside a few small dill sprigs for decoration.
- 3. Pluck the leaves from the dill, parsley, and lemon balm stems.
- 4. Finely chop these leaves.
- 5. Cut the chives into fine rings.
- 6. Stir the sour cream with the mayonnaise in a bowl.
- 7. Add the chopped herbs to the cream mixture.
- 8. Fold the herbs in well.
- 9. Season the dip with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar.
- 10. Garnish the dip with the reserved dill sprigs.
