🍽️ Tuna in Tomato Sauce with Saffron Rice

Ingredients
- 200 g long-grain rice
- salt
- 1 packet saffron
- 2 onions
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 320 g Saupiquet tuna in tomato sauce (2 cans)
Instructions
- 1. Cook the rice in salted water until tender, following the instructions on the package.
- 2. Stir saffron into the cooked rice to infuse it with color and flavor.
- 3. Peel the onions, removing their papery outer skin.
- 4. Slice the onions into very thin rings.
- 5. Heat oil in a frying pan.
- 6. Fry the onion rings together with the sesame seeds in the hot oil.
- 7. Mix the saffron rice with the fried onions and sesame seeds.
- 8. Serve the rice mixture together with the tuna in tomato sauce.
