  1. 1. Whisk flour, salt, sourdough starter, eggs, honey, and oat drink in a bowl.
  2. 2. Place the bowl in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. 3. Take the dough out of the refrigerator the next morning.
  4. 4. Stir baking powder into the dough.
  5. 5. Let the dough rest for 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Peel the blood orange.
  7. 7. Cut the blood orange into small pieces.
  8. 8. Finely chop the chocolate.
  9. 9. Finely chop the pistachios.
  10. 10. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  11. 11. Place 2 heaped tablespoons of dough into the hot pan.
  12. 12. Fry the pancakes over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes on one side.
  13. 13. Fry the pancakes for another 1 to 2 minutes on the other side.
  14. 14. Repeat this process until all the dough is used.
  15. 15. Arrange the finished pancakes on plates.
  16. 16. Garnish the pancakes with soy yogurt.
  17. 17. Add the blood orange pieces.
  18. 18. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios over the top.
  19. 19. Sprinkle the chopped chocolate over the top.
  20. 20. Serve the pancakes immediately.
