🍽️ Creamy Quark Dip with Chives

Ingredients
- 250 g Olmützer Quargel
- 50 g soft butter
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 4 tbsp light beer
- 1 shallot (finely chopped)
- 4 tbsp chive rings
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- cumin (ground)
Instructions
- 1. Place the quark and the butter in a bowl.
- 2. Mash the ingredients together with a fork until creamy.
- 3. Stir in the cream and the beer into the quark mixture.
- 4. Wash and finely chop the shallot, then stir it into the spread.
- 5. Take three tablespoons of fresh chives and mix them in as well.
- 6. Season the dip with salt, pepper, and cumin to taste.
- 7. Spoon the spread into small serving bowls.
- 8. Sprinkle the remaining fresh chives over the top.
- 9. Serve the dip with brown bread or whole grain bread.
