🍽️ Fruity Sauerkraut Salad with Pineapple, Apple, and Raisins

Ingredients
- 0.5 pineapple
- 1 tart apple
- 2 tbsp raisins
- 600 g sauerkraut
- 50 ml cloudy apple juice
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 200 g poultry aspic
Instructions
- 1. Peel the pineapple completely.
- 2. Cut the pineapple lengthwise into slices.
- 3. Remove the hard core from the slices.
- 4. Dice the pineapple slices into small cubes.
- 5. Wash the apple thoroughly.
- 6. Cut the apple into four quarters.
- 7. Remove the core from the apple pieces.
- 8. Dice the apple flesh into small cubes.
- 9. Rinse the raisins with hot water.
- 10. Let the raisins drain well.
- 11. Fluff the sauerkraut with a fork.
- 12. Add the diced pineapple to the sauerkraut.
- 13. Add the diced apples to the salad.
- 14. Add the drained raisins.
- 15. Mix the apple juice with salt and pepper.
- 16. Stir the oil into the dressing mixture.
- 17. Pour the dressing over the salad.
- 18. Toss the salad thoroughly.
- 19. Dice the poultry aspic into small cubes.
- 20. Add the aspic cubes to the salad.
- 21. Plate the salad.
- 22. Serve the salad immediately.
