Ingredients
- 300 g fresh sauerkraut
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 small tart apple
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- salt (pepper)
Instructions
- 1. Halve the bell peppers, remove the seeds, wash them, and cut them into thin strips. Peel the apple, quarter it, remove the core, and cut it into wedges. Mix the sauerkraut with the apple and the pepper.
- 2. Stir together a marinade from vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper, and drizzle it over the salad. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
