🍽️ Sauerkraut with Grapes

Ingredients
- 300 g fresh sauerkraut
- 100 g green grapes
- 0.125 l dry white wine
- 1 tsp liquid honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 100 g walnut kernels
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Heat the sauerkraut in a pot.
- 2. Wash the grapes, halve them, remove the seeds, and stir them into the warm sauerkraut.
- 3. Whisk wine, honey, and olive oil in a small bowl. Pour the mixture over the sauerkraut, season with pepper and salt, and gently but thoroughly fold everything together.
- 4. Roughly chop the walnuts. Toast them briefly in a large pan without added fat and sprinkle them over the vegetables.
- 5. If you like, you can fold a grated apple into the sauerkraut.
