  2. 2. Wash the grapes, halve them, remove the seeds, and stir them into the warm sauerkraut.
  3. 3. Whisk wine, honey, and olive oil in a small bowl. Pour the mixture over the sauerkraut, season with pepper and salt, and gently but thoroughly fold everything together.
  4. 4. Roughly chop the walnuts. Toast them briefly in a large pan without added fat and sprinkle them over the vegetables.
  5. 5. If you like, you can fold a grated apple into the sauerkraut.
