  5. 5. Stir the ground peanut powder and lemon juice into the hot mixture.
  6. 6. Season the sauce with sugar to taste.
  7. 7. Stir in cream gradually until the sauce reaches a creamy consistency.
  8. 8. Blend the sauce until it is completely smooth.
  9. 9. Let the finished sauce sit for a while to allow the flavors to meld.
  10. 10. Cut the chicken fillets into strips that are about 2 centimeters wide and thin.
  11. 11. Whisk the remaining ingredients for the marinade in a bowl.
