Ingredients
- 150 g squid tubes
- 150 g tuna fillet
- 150 g salmon fillet
- lemon wedges
- daikon radish strips
- cucumber strips
- Keta caviar
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp freshly grated horseradish
Instructions
- 1. Pat the squid and fish fillets dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. Slice the squid and fish fillets into even, thin slices about 2 to 3 millimeters thick.
- 3. Arrange the fish slices decoratively on a large platter.
- 4. Garnish the platter with lemon wedges, thin radish strips, cucumber strips, and keta caviar.
- 5. Whisk the soy sauce with the grated horseradish in a small bowl.
- 6. Serve the soy-horseradish dipping sauce alongside the sashimi.
