🍽️ Anchovy Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 garlic cloves
- 50 g butter
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 100 g anchovy fillets
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic cloves and cut them into very small cubes or fine strips. Heat the butter together with the olive oil in a pan and fry the garlic pieces in it until they become soft and translucent.
- 2. Rinse the anchovy fillets briefly and chop them finely. Add them to the butter and fry over low heat while stirring constantly until a thick sauce forms. Keep the sauce warm on a small pot or a warm plate.
