  1. 1. Peel the garlic cloves and cut them into very small cubes or fine strips. Heat the butter together with the olive oil in a pan and fry the garlic pieces in it until they become soft and translucent.
  2. 2. Rinse the anchovy fillets briefly and chop them finely. Add them to the butter and fry over low heat while stirring constantly until a thick sauce forms. Keep the sauce warm on a small pot or a warm plate.
