Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 20 g yeast
- 0.125 l water
- 1 tsp sugar
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 500 g onions
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tomatoes
- 0.5 jar anchovy fillets (40 g)
- 50 g olives
Instructions
- 1. Mix the flour with the salt. Press a well into the center, crumble the yeast into it, and stir smoothly with the water and sugar. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 20 minutes.
- 2. Add the olive oil and knead everything into a smooth dough. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 50 to 60 minutes.
- 3. Slice the onions into rings. Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil and sauté the onions in it over low heat for about 15 minutes. Press in the garlic and season with salt and pepper.
- 4. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Flatten the dough with floured hands into a circle about 28 cm in diameter, slightly raising the edges. Spread the onion mixture on top.
- 5. Slice the tomatoes. Rinse the sardine fillets carefully and pat them dry. Distribute the tomatoes, sardines, and olives over the onions. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over them. Bake the tart in the preheated oven at 200 degrees (180 degrees convection) for about 30 minutes.
