  8. 8. Let the mixture rest for 15 minutes.
  9. 9. Add the remaining water, salt, and oil.
  10. 10. Knead the ingredients into a soft and smooth dough.

  12. 12. Place the bowl in a warm spot.
  13. 13. Let the dough rise for about one hour.
  14. 14. Wait until the volume of the dough has almost doubled.
  15. 15. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes.
  16. 16. Let the tomatoes sit in the hot water for a short time.

  18. 18. Peel the skin off the tomatoes.
  19. 19. Cut the peeled tomatoes into small cubes.
