🍽️ Fruity Sangria

Ingredients
- 4 untreated lemons
- 1 untreated orange
- 2 peaches
- 1 l red wine (from Spain)
- 60 ml Spanish brandy
- 40 ml peach liqueur
- 50 g sugar (to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Juice three lemons to get the juice.
- 2. Wash the last lemon and the orange thoroughly.
- 3. Dry the lemon and the orange with a cloth.
- 4. Slice the lemon and the orange into thin rounds.
- 5. Dip the peaches briefly into boiling water (this is called blanching).
- 6. Shock the peaches immediately in cold water to stop the cooking process.
- 7. Peel the skin off the peaches.
- 8. Cut the peaches in half.
- 9. Remove the pits from the peach halves.
- 10. Cut the peach halves into thin wedges.
- 11. Pour the red wine into a 2-liter pitcher.
- 12. Add the brandy to the pitcher.
- 13. Pour the peach liqueur into the pitcher.
- 14. Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice to the mixture.
- 15. Add the sugar to the pitcher.
- 16. Stir the mixture until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- 17. Add the lemon slices to the pitcher.
- 18. Add the orange slices to the pitcher.
- 19. Add the peach wedges to the pitcher.
- 20. Place the pitcher in the refrigerator.
- 21. Let the sangria chill for several hours.
- 22. Garnish the pitcher with an orange peel spiral for serving.
- 23. Serve the sangria with ice cubes as desired.
