  1. 1. Juice three lemons to get the juice.
  2. 2. Wash the last lemon and the orange thoroughly.
  3. 3. Dry the lemon and the orange with a cloth.
  4. 4. Slice the lemon and the orange into thin rounds.
  5. 5. Dip the peaches briefly into boiling water (this is called blanching).
  6. 6. Shock the peaches immediately in cold water to stop the cooking process.
  7. 7. Peel the skin off the peaches.
  8. 8. Cut the peaches in half.
  9. 9. Remove the pits from the peach halves.
  10. 10. Cut the peach halves into thin wedges.
  11. 11. Pour the red wine into a 2-liter pitcher.
  12. 12. Add the brandy to the pitcher.
  13. 13. Pour the peach liqueur into the pitcher.
  14. 14. Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice to the mixture.
  15. 15. Add the sugar to the pitcher.
  16. 16. Stir the mixture until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  17. 17. Add the lemon slices to the pitcher.
  18. 18. Add the orange slices to the pitcher.
  19. 19. Add the peach wedges to the pitcher.
  20. 20. Place the pitcher in the refrigerator.
  21. 21. Let the sangria chill for several hours.
  22. 22. Garnish the pitcher with an orange peel spiral for serving.
  23. 23. Serve the sangria with ice cubes as desired.
