🍽️ Cold Roast Beef Sandwich with Peppers and Leek

Ingredients
- 1 Baguette
- 2 Bell peppers (red)
- 1 Stalk Leek
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- Salt
- Pepper
- 400 g cold roast meat
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Oil
Instructions
- 1. Wash the peppers thoroughly.
- 2. Remove the stem and seeds.
- 3. Cut the peppers in half.
- 4. Cut the pepper halves into wide strips.
- 5. Wash the leek.
- 6. Cut off the green top of the leek.
- 7. Bring water to a boil and add salt.
- 8. Blanch the leek in the boiling salted water for about 5 minutes.
- 9. Remove the leek from the water.
- 10. Dry the leek on a kitchen towel.
- 11. Store the leek in the refrigerator.
- 12. Chop the pork.
- 13. Add balsamic vinegar and oil to the meat.
- 14. Marinate the meat in the mixture.
- 15. Cut the baguette in half lengthwise.
- 16. Hollow out the inside of the baguette halves.
- 17. Top one baguette half with the pepper strips.
- 18. Add the marinated meat on top of the peppers.
- 19. Spread mayonnaise on the other baguette half.
- 20. Place the leek on the mayonnaise.
- 21. Add the remaining meat on top of the leek.
- 22. Place the two baguette halves on top of each other.
- 23. Press the sandwich firmly together.
- 24. Cut the sandwich into 4 to 5 cm thick slices.
- 25. Wrap each slice in a napkin.
- 26. Serve the sandwich.
