  1. 1. Wash the peppers thoroughly.
  2. 2. Remove the stem and seeds.
  3. 3. Cut the peppers in half.
  4. 4. Cut the pepper halves into wide strips.
  5. 5. Wash the leek.
  6. 6. Cut off the green top of the leek.
  7. 7. Bring water to a boil and add salt.
  8. 8. Blanch the leek in the boiling salted water for about 5 minutes.
  9. 9. Remove the leek from the water.
  10. 10. Dry the leek on a kitchen towel.
  11. 11. Store the leek in the refrigerator.
  12. 12. Chop the pork.
  13. 13. Add balsamic vinegar and oil to the meat.
  14. 14. Marinate the meat in the mixture.
  15. 15. Cut the baguette in half lengthwise.
  16. 16. Hollow out the inside of the baguette halves.
  17. 17. Top one baguette half with the pepper strips.
  18. 18. Add the marinated meat on top of the peppers.
  19. 19. Spread mayonnaise on the other baguette half.
  20. 20. Place the leek on the mayonnaise.
  21. 21. Add the remaining meat on top of the leek.
  22. 22. Place the two baguette halves on top of each other.
  23. 23. Press the sandwich firmly together.
  24. 24. Cut the sandwich into 4 to 5 cm thick slices.
  25. 25. Wrap each slice in a napkin.
  26. 26. Serve the sandwich.
